Kindly provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations are subject to 100% cost of the missed service if you do not cancel with a 24-hour notice. With that being said, people get sick and emergencies happen. If you are sick please call and cancel. Have an emergency…take care of it. Who am I to judge if your excuse is valid or not? Ohana Massage works with clients who are invested in their health. If it becomes a habit of missing appointments, whether it’s due to an illness, getting called into work, etc., it will be the discretion of your therapist if they would like to terminate any/all future sessions. I want clients who choose to spend the time with me to heal – who are hungry for wellness. Cancellations happen. If you’re ever in a position where you need to cancel, give me as much notice as possible. No hard feelings.
Clients are draped (covered by a sheet) while receiving body work. Clients typically undress down to their underwear , but may choose to wear certain clothes for their comfort level. If you choose not to have a sheet on you due to being too hot, you must have appropriate fitting attire.
Kids (newborn to 17+) may receive massage with permission from their legal guardian. All forms must be filled out and physician consent for any major medical condition. Children 14+ may receive longer sessions only up to an hour.
Parents/legal guardians must be in the room for any minor's first appointment. They may leave the room for children 14+ only after the initial session and parent, therapist and child all in agreement.
Your arrival time is important. There may be appointments scheduled after mine; if you're running behind, you will still be charged for the full session. Please make it a point to be fully present for your appointment and be early so you can have some water, use the restroom and relax before your massage.
Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and checks (no third party checks) are accepted. Checks can be made out to Ohana Massage, LLC.
Massage in therapeutic and NON-sexual in nature. Inappropriate behavior will NOT be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately. Full payment will be due and no future appointments will be accepted.
When booking you may be asked for credit card information to book your appointment. This is to reserve your spot. Ohana Massage will not charge your card unless you are a no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. You may pay with the card used to book the appointment or choose another payment method.
