I have been going to Kristine for massages for about 2 years now. I started seeing her while I was pregnant, and after the first massage I was hooked! I had a difficult pregnancy, so I made it a point to see her every 2 weeks. I could immediately tell a difference in my back and hips after each session. Kristine is so good that I have continued to see her after my pregnancy - my son is now 15 months old. Whether your needs are prenatal, deep tissue or relaxation, I guarantee you will never have a better massage than the one you receive from Kristine. I am definitely a life-long customer. Kristine is fantastic! She has helped me out so many times. I get so stiff thru the shoulder blades due to driving a school bus daily. She works them out every time. My 84 year old father loves her massages. He says he feels so much better after one. He can move easier. She always makes me feel comfortable and the same with my dad.
I ran my 1st marathon at the age of 51 and it was not a good experience at all even though I finished. A year and a half later as I was training to try a marathon again I made the decision to invest the time and the money to have Kristine work my legs and lower back as part of my training regiment. Her treatments were very effective and some of the usual pains I would experience subsided. I ended up finishing the 2nd marathon in much better shape and I know it was due in part to the work Kristine did for me. You don't need to run a marathon to benefit from Kristine's expertise. Kristine is the best massage therapist I have ever had! I have terrible problems with my back, shoulders and neck, she is the only one that has ever been able to get the knots out without horrible soreness afterwards. You will sleep like a baby after a massage from her. Her massages are both therapeutic and relaxing. There is no one better!
